Living Springs Retreat is a homelike retreat that has been using natural health principles to help the body heal itself. It was established for the purpose of educating individuals in the principles and laws of healthful living.

Things to Know
Reservations for our wellness programs can be made by calling 1-256-449-2628 between 9:30-6:00 PM, CST from Monday to Thursday and between 9:30-1:00 PM, CST on Friday. To ensure we can accommodate you on your preferred dates, we recommend that you make your reservation at least two to four weeks in advance of your intended arrival date. You may of course book with shorter notice, subject to availability.
Arrival and Departure
All programs begin on a Sunday. Check-in time is between 9 AM-12 PM, CST. Check-out time is the following Sunday between 9-10 AM, CST. Please let us know if your circumstances may require an exception.
Travel Arrangements
We offer complimentary bus, train and airport pick-ups and drop-offs during specific time frames ONLY. Due to our distance from the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, and the fact that we operate under a different time zone, pick-ups and drop-offs to Atlanta area need to be during specific time frames.
Good times for bus, train or flight arrivals would be 9 AM - 12:00 PM, EST and departures would be anytime after 1 PM, EST. For travel made outside these time frames, you will need to make separate arrangements as we are not able to accommodate other time frames.
There have been occasions where guests cannot find travel arrangements within these time frames. In cases like that we offer the option of Saturday night check-in between 6-9 PM, CST. There is an extra fee of $75 for 1 person and another $50 for each additional person. The extra fee covers the early check-in, the additional night of lodging, and Sunday breakfast. Please note supper will not be provided Saturday evening.
Medications and/or Supplements
We ask that you bring any medications and/or supplements that you are currently taking, and enough for the time you are with us as we respect the recommendations given to you by your physician. Although frequently our health guests do manage to reduce their medications as their body heals, the rate at which this happens is different for each individual.
If you are a diabetic, please bring: 1) your glucose monitor 2) sufficient strips for your period of stay (testing 4-6 times per day) and 3) sufficient lancets.

What NOT to bring
Television sets or radios.
Junk food, caffeinated products, tobacco or alcohol products.
Illicit drugs or substances that can be used to alter consciousness.
Weapons of any kind such as guns, knives, brass knuckles, etc.
Candles, incense or anything that has a naked flame or produces smoke.

Laundry detergent, an iron and an ironing board are available. Linens and towels are provided.

Unfortunately, you cannot bring your children with you. Only those 18 years old and above may join you as a guest participant or non-participant.
Pets
We do not allow pets out of consideration for others who come who may have allergies.
Telephones/Messages
Cell phone use is very limited as we are in a very remote location. However, Verizon works well.
You may let family and friends know that they are welcome to call you at 1-256-449-2628 prior to 8:00 PM.
However, please plan ahead to reduce unnecessary business contacts during this time.
We want you to be able to rest and relax from the everyday stresses of life.
Leaves of Absence
Leaves of absence and town trips are excluded except in the event of family medical emergencies or death.
Each program lecture builds on the previous one.
Group participation and continuity of treatments are an integral part of our program.
Visitors
We discourage visitors as we do not want any interference during scheduled treatments, lectures and programs.
However, family and friends are welcome to visit on Saturday. If you would like them to eat with you, arrangements can be made in advance.
GUEST GRADUATION
A specially planned graduation will be held Saturday evening. Semi-formal attire is suggested but is not required.
