Ingredients
3 large onions, thinly sliced or done in food processor
¾ cup flax seed, whole
¾ cups raw sunflower seeds, whole
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup liquid aminos or 1/3 cup coconut aminos (if using coconut aminos you may want to add a little extra salt)
Preparation
Grind the sunflower and flax then mix all ingredients together and let set for 5-10 minutes while flax seeds soak up the moisture.
Afterwards, spread on a dehydrator Teflex sheet (the mesh will leak through).
Dehydrate for 6 hours at 115°F, flip onto a mesh sheet and score. Then dehydrate for another 12 hours.
Use as a wrap with avocado and tomato drizzled with your favorite salad dressing or eat alone as a yummy snack.
