Brown Gravy

Ingredients
4 ½ cups water
½ cup raw cashews
6 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp yeast flakes
1/3 cup coconut aminos
1 Tbsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients smooth except the 4 cups of the water, use only the 1/2 cup.
Pour into sauce pan.
Rinse blender with the remaining 4 cups of water. Add to pan.
Lightly boil 1-2 minutes, stirring, until thickened.
